4) REDUCING PROCRASTINATION


WHAT IS PROCRASTINATION?

PROCRASTINATION is the habit of delaying an important task, usually by focusing on less urgent, more enjoyable, and easier activities instead. 


This is not a good behaviour and as a student we supposed to not have this items in ourselves in order to become a successful student.


This is a few effect if we're keep doing this behaviour :

  • stress or anxiety
  • neglecting your health
  • irritability and always in a bad mood
  • always feels down
  • not achieving your full potential
  • always feel pressure
