Getting ready to learn
1) MAKING THE TRANSITION (FROM SCHOOL TO UNIVERSITY)
- Take a look at what has worked in the past
- If your past strategy in study or solving problems has worked in the past, then just continue with it.
- If not, consider new strategies for example, we can rely on tried and tested plans of action (this might be a good time for us to explore other options that might help us manage our circumtances better.
- We can also ask for suggestions or ways from people around us whoever has experienced in it but REMEMBER we need to study on our on ways that suit us better for our learning.
2) CHARACTERISTICS OF SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS
- They attend class regularly and on time
- Their assignments are done neatly
- Dont rely too much on other. We need to give ourselves chances to develop our own skills but we still can ask for help to give us directions what to do and need to do
- Having self-awareness
- Dont get so caught up in the moment where you're having problems.
- If you're stressed, think through why its happening. If you're not perfoming well, trace your habits and look for weaknesses and try to change it.
- We need to believe on ourselves, BE YOURSELF and find your own privileges.
3) USING LEARNING STYLES TO ENHANCE PERFOMANCE
- First of all, we need to find and know our learning styles.
- This can help you to make your learning journey easier and fun.
- It can also gives you insight into your strenght , weaknesses and habits
- You will enjoy any learning process and increase your self-confidence.

I have answered the learning styles iventory to find out my learning styles.
Personally, I think I'm more into visual and social person. This is because I prefer to use pictures, diagrams and spatial understanding to help I learn and understand better. I also love to work in group because it will help me to understand quickly. When we always keep exchanging opinions with others it will help us to remember something easily.
