1) UNDERSTANDING MEMORY PROCESSES
Memory is essential the capacity for storing and retrieving information. Three processes are involved in memory which is encoding, storage and retrieval. These processes can determine whether something is remembered or forgotten.
The brain also has three types of memory processes which is SENSORY MEMORY (SM), SHORT-TERM MEMORY(SLM) AND LONG-TERM MEMORY(LM).
