Time Managment & Organizational Skills
1) OPTIMIZING STUDY TIME
Studying is all about efficiency! We need to know how to manage our study tricks. It is normal to feel pressure and not having enough time to do our assignments but the ones that have learned simple tricks to the trade, are better off it.
5 STEPS ON HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR STUDY TIME
AS A STUDENT WE NEED TO :
- study the topics before going to the lecture
- even though we did not understand the topic, just read it
- this will help us to understand quickly in the lecture
- take your notes everywhere you go
- read it whenever you're having time like on the bus or on the way to the class
- you will be more likely to retain the information, as it builds up in your long-term memory with repetitive studying
- take as many notes as you can
- take notes by hand can help us to remember what we learned and do better on tests
- this is because you are transferring the material you learn from your short-term memory to your long-term memory
- no need to stay up every night because it will make our mind and health become tired
- as you sleep, your brain consolidates short-term memory to long-term memory
- take breaks, relax, and sleep a reasonable amount
- avoids foods that contain a lot of artificial sugar, fats and salts
- they are all can make brain health and memory become poor, you will feel lazy and unproductive after take it
- don't skip your meal and drink a lot of plain water
- drink a lot of water can keep every system in our body functioning properly since it does'nt have any calories

2) ORGANIZING STUDY TIME
Being organised is the key to establishing a productive study. So, each student should have their own schedule for their reference on what to do and what need to do. This also can help them always prepared and alert for the coming exams.
